I asked in General Support if anyone knew of a way to do this, but as there's been no replies I'm posting as a request.

Looking for a way to generate a feed or otherwise subscribe to all replies to all threads in all forums.

There is a reply that confirm it works for 1.8.x
I didn't try it.
