Hello I want to take mobile Nomber when guest registration Forum... How to add column?

Admin CP >> Configuration>>Custom Profile Fields >>Add New Profile Field

and fill the form with the required information.

You are not in the correct place.

After you go to Configuration click on Custom Profile Fields on the left panel and then click on  Add New Profile Field
