That's because the default MyBB theme has no color options.
If you want colorful themes, then look at the EXTEND section.
Click on the tab that says 'Extend' at the top of the webpage. ↑↑↑

No, not that I am aware of.
You might be thinking of the Base Color section at the bottom of the theme options in the AdminCP.
That is only if there were color options for a theme, then there will be a list of colors listed in the Manage Color section.
If it's blank, that means there are no color options available.

I see. At some point, I used MyBB colour variants through ACP. It's been a while though. It used to give other option for " thead " other than blue.
