Hello. I can't change user title's colours. I don't know why but when I change the code , the titles colours didn't change. Please help me.

For example I changed this in global.css >>

so "adminstator" title should be "ed7a16(orange)" but still it's red. I don't know why it didn't change.

What's your URL ?

Default color is green, so what did you do to make it red ?

Now I can get this error :Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
