How do i get the "user-XXX.html"  on my forum

It's the search engine friendly URL option.

... also, you may comsider using MyBB SEO plugin.

The Google SEO plugin let's you have a lot more flexibility over various URLs such as thread urls, catagory urls etc but also including the profile urls.
