I think it 's just some old posts
that display the Â new posts are OK.

Oh, perhaps something with the SQL database 4-Byte UTF-8 conversion then? I don't really know how to help with that considering the fact that newer posts aren't affected by it, but I think it's a step towards the right direction.

It possibly could be related to SCEditor as we have updated this to the latest version in recent MyBB releases.
