I am testing and asked a few friends to also do that and all my email
goes to spam folder (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc)

(From my experience, at least) If you're using that, I'd recommend switching to SMTP. But, if you're already using SMTP, you can greatly improve the chances of emails ending up in the inbox folder instead of spam by setting up a SPF DNS record, etc.
