Have you installed the new theme? Try disabling the plugin and enabling it again. This way plugins may update their code in the new theme.

Exactly.
@OP: Try to give as much information as possible.

I think like most themes you need add the code some plugins will work but some may need index template edits ect. all you need really do is list your plugins and then search on site and read install info
