Hi I already searched some forum threads on this subject but couldn't find a solution
The emails we send keep on getting stuck according to 'System Email Log'
The mail server is not ready, it did not respond with a 220 status message.
This is the message I get every time a PM, an Email or a Thread is created
I am using SMTP mail
All the other parameters are confirmed by using Thunderbird to see if it was an email error on the hoster side
SMTP port; SMTP Hostname; SMTP Port; SMTP username; SMTP password were confirmed
The only difference is on the Encryption Mode, I am using STARTTLS
