So when ever a user visits the forum by clicking on the Forums button on my main website it displays like this. I have attached an image to the post.
Your CSS is not loaded.
First check the meta-Tags for including CSS, and also check the URL for http/https.
Thiy may happen by including CSS via http while the site is SSL secured (https). Then the browser supresses http requests for security reasons.
