Does anyone know how to block an entire country from registering or even seeing your forum?

I want to block India and Pakistan and probably a few others in future.  They add no value and EVERY FU**ING TIME they start spamming their worthless crap on my pristine new forum.

Advice to block these good for nothing scumbags?
