i want change that marked white places to dark color 

i am try alot i am unable find that both css file  where i can change both colors  (emerald theme )

someone help if u know where to change ..

This white bar is simply classed .thead. But this element is also styled in HTML.
You have a look into template "showthread" to remove the hard code style:
