I've searched the forum and found plugins that hide the post until user reply the topic.
I wonder if there is any that instead of answering user just thank the post
How can an user like the post if he can't read it ?

Only a part of it.
For example: i want user give a author reputation before download a file
Thankyou mybb system do the hide with my code hide until you have thanked.
However Premium version do that you have asked for download attachments and unhide until you have thanked but with hide mycode tag only.
