I use the flatty theme.
When you click on a user you see the info from the user but also a box called "custom". At this moment you can read there:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor…

Where do I change this text??

In the member_profile template of the Flatty template set.
