how to i add moderators to my site? i cant find the option anywhere.

admin control panel >> Users & Groups >> browse user change to moderator >> Options

edit profile & Settings

>> profile >>primary user groups >> change from registered to moderators

Or for forum:
AdminCP > Forums & Posts > Forum Management > Select a forum & switch to Moderators tab
