Why do you need moderators for a site with 60-odd posts and 12 members?
Usually, moderators are choosen from the users, based on internal criterias like respect of the rules, knowledges about the treated subjects, animation capabilities...

what is this post exactly about?
I need a moderator for posting in the forum.. and because i am gona be in a trip from 17/12 u til 5/1.
We post about games tips and cheats or if somebody have a problem with a game we help him..
And we have a web design category where we post tutorials about web design and graphic

I do t need only for that.. i need them for uploading threats in the forum..
I'd suggest fixing your widths...those topic links outside of the table would drive me crazy...
