I use the project theme.
At this moment i cannot remove a attachment when i edit a post.
I think the problems is because the last update from this theme is from 23-06-2018. 
You het the message that the attachment is deleted, but it is not. in the default theme it works fine.

perhaps somebody a sollution.

Even if you fix this one problem which is due to the theme being outdated, you are going to have further problems. There are just too many changes that occurred between that version and the latest.

some I allready did by myselfes, like delete posts. but this one i cannot find.

Have you updated the headerinclude template completely ?

because it could be due to the modal code that was introduced recently.
