anyone can do plugin for Christmas ... Santa cap for avatars 

when we activate plugin add frame for all avatars like  wearing Santa caps  ............

Why dont u just make a new default_avatar and replace the current one for the month?

^^ He wants all avatars not just default.

Might be able to do this without plugin, by adding to CSS only and uploading a santa cap image ...
