Nevermind....that puts the badge on the post not the profile picture. Not sure but I'd be interested myself...

 i am have this ... already i am look for what i am post now like on profile  + they each different ranks 

u send that plugin give just staff badge for all staff posts that sir ...

I realized that after I posted it. I made note of that below my post. I'm looking to see what I can find though.
