I've just had a check and everything seems to be working fine for me.

Perhaps if you've still got the install.txt file that came with the mod, you could look for the modifications you need to make to the usercp.php file and make sure they've all been made correctly.

Is anyone else experiencing this trouble?

I also tried it at www.mybboard.com

I could check the box for the email notification. Do an 'update options', then go back into Edit Options. The box would be unchecked.

I am going to review the installation instructions to see if I made any mistakes.

Perhaps you're meaning the "Alert me with a popup box when I receive a Private Message" option. That one doesn't save and it is a bug with MyBB that has already been fixed for Gold.

Musicalmidget, you're are right, my mistake. It was the "alert me with a popup box when I receive a Private Message" option I was looking at but didn't registered. Sorry.
