i am adding google adsense code on head template and show thread template its only show on index page not show on showthread and other page 

help me how to add all pages  showthroad and all pages  & how to add ad-sense after everyone signature ...

If you are using Auto Ads (which that looks like), you should only need to put them in the footer template and they will auto populate on all pages. If you've added them to the header template, you shouldn't need to add them anywhere else. They only need one instance on a page to show.

If you've only recently activated the ads, they may take a while to show up, as they are notoriously slow to get started.
