I guess you mean to display the title or subject of the website linked!? Or yet a thumbnail image of the site!?
With MyBB board options this is not possible.
This is an extraordinary feature and you need a Code change or a plugin to call and parse a linked website and then returns the title information or a generated image.
I am not aware of such plugin - maybe there is something available...
