If you replaced the image by another image with the same file name, then you need to hard refresh the browser: CTRL+F5.
Else check the path and filename and edit the "header" template.

Also, depending on your theme (BlackPlayers is one), the logo may be written into your CSS.

Another question. Yesterday I somehow managed to make the display of messages classic, but today I reinstalled it and I can’t remember where I made the changes!?! It is displayed as here horizontally.
