I have reinstalled the MYBB default Theme and it works: the window with additionnal smileys is here !
I copied the headerinclude missing code lines, but does not work with my custom theme.
Any clue to look further?

Now appears an overlay with the additionnal smileys window at the very bottom left of the screen.
I can bring it to the screen with the vertical slider only.
So, now, it only needs to be positionned in the middle of the screen by example.
I changed it with something closer to the Default theme version :
