I transfered my forum to another host after that i transfer DB + files now when i try to login i got 

Authorization code mismatch. Are you accessing this function correctly? Please go back and try again.

Does your host have frond-end cache server or some similar settings? --> Can you read your real public IP in the AdminCP's left menu?

That's unusual, but might happen.
