I am not able to brows to plugin area after upgrade to 1.8.22 from 1.8.19
The message, i am getting ......
/public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/tablegenerator.lang.php does not exist

It's not really a MyBB upgrade issue.

You should recover any files that are installed by your plugins again, including not activated ones.

How to recover ?

^ please download the plugin pack again [link] ; get that missing file & upload it

thank you so much, but even after uploading the file to the same path,
status is same... same message is keep coming

^ rename the plugin file tablegenerator.php as tablegenerator.php.old or delete the file
And then check if you can access the plugins section at forum admin panel
