Who installed ForumsIcons? 

I wrote to him, but maybe they will answer faster who came across.
Tell me how to delete the default picture?
I tried to delete the picture through the admin panel, it displays:
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:1146 - Table 'db812406852.mybb_forums' doesn't existQuery:UPDATE mybb_forums set icon='' where fid='4'

How can I make the picture only in those forums in which I need it, and in the rest so that there isn’t even a “window” for the picture?

It looks like there's a missing database and/or a misconfiguration in the plugin. Are you sure you installed it correctly?
