For an upcoming project we are looking for a theme designer and developer for a set of plugins. 
As of the plugins, we would like to have a postbit background changer and a profile cover changer.
These postbit backgrounds and profile cover should be taken in consideration whilst making the theme.

Our budget is in Bitcoin but could be liquidated if necessary.
