well. Changed database password. Updated it in inc/config.php

Why? How can I fix it? Not really sure.

have you tried hard refreshing browser [eg. press CTRL + F5 a couple of times] ..

Your board URL is set to use HTTPS, yet the scripts and stylesheets are still being loaded from an insecure source. You have to load them from an HTTPS source as well.
You're missing some javascript, too.
