Hello 
  There are Not Writable error message when I install MyBB 1.8.15 on CentOS 7.
  And I had chmod files and directorys as attachment below.
  Please help me check，thanks.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I have some guess only.

How did you get PHP set up? By listening to unix socket via PHP-FPM? If so, have you correctly set up listen permission?

I found the reason, SELinux is enabled.
