When I wanne go to a plugin and download it i cannot reach this page. Reason AVG block it because of old of unsafe TSL. What to do? When I close AVG it works fine.

TLS support depends on both the website you are on (server-side support), and the browser. And assuming that you have a browser that supports newer versions of TLS (which should be all the popular ones), then the only solutions would be to either disable AVG, or change its settings.
