the forum order is too narrow in the admin cp.  if you have forum orders with 3 numbers, it cuts them off. 

clean install of mybb 1.8.22:

Do you have more than 999 categories or 999 forums within the same category?

The initial submission is more than legit...
I do have five-digit forum IDs
Of course it's not the total count rather than a logically structured numbering of categories and forums, e.g.:

10000 Category 1
10100 Forum 1.1
10101 Subforum 1.1.1
10102 ...
10114 Subforum 1.1.14
10200 Forum 1.2
10300 ...
20000 Category 1
20100 Forum 2.1
20131 Subforum 2.1.31

For ordering purposes I would expect any input field to accept at least three digits with no visual issues.

You do't need 900 trucs to be able to assign that order value to any.
