Can anyone tell me how i put the date,name of the topic and the author username in that border without exceeding it ?

that problem is due to using last poster avatar plugin on a fixed length columns theme !
to fix the issue,
you can edit widths of table cells used in forumbit_depth1_cat template of the theme

Removing the tables from your forum, creating columns and rows with custom css will solve this problem, like .m. mentioned, you're trying to put more information in a small box that cannot contain that information (the padding doesn't help either)
