I was uploading themes in my forum from fpt I mistakenly deleted the inc folder from FileZiia but  I have a 7 days backup of my whole fpt. so I uploaded inc folder again from that backup to my forum fpt. 

Then my forum got locked and I deleted the locked file. after that I get new Mybb installation setup so in that Configuration of setting up Data Base I entered my current data base which I was using with forums so when I re-open my website all my forum and its users were lost.

have you downloaded database backup recently ?

I fixed it myself but I restored it to 7 days old back. faced a very big users loss

^ looks like you missed taking daily database backup - which you proposed in a recent thread ..

Oh, there is no need to restore a database when just deleting files on filesystem! The database kept untouched.
It is the configuration file only that needs to be fixed again.

Does your hosting services provides backup functions? Many hosters do.
Maybe you can logon to your hosting service and check for backups of the full webserver system that you can recover.
