And did everything it said to do

I connected to filezilla

I put all the files in inc, in inc in filezilla and the plugin.php into the main folder

Also I tried just uploading the content of folder "upload" to the main folder in filezilla
But when I refresrh the plugins page of mybb admin it doesn't show up

just to get any confusion out of the way - did you put the file in upload/inc/plugins/xxx.php into inc/plugins/xxx.php on your server?
If so, then maybe some kind of file caching? Not sure about that, though..
Or is the plugin list just a blank page? That'd mean there's an error possibly related to the plugin you're trying to install somewhere.
