There is the MySubscriptions plugin. You can require payment to join a specific usergroup, and then set functions on your forum to only grant permissions to that usergroup.

If you would want to get payment while registration, then you will need a custom plugin. Otherwise you can try
- BanksPipe (https://www.mybboost.com/forum-bankpipe)
- MySubscriptions(Darth Apple recommended correct plugin).

Thanks for suggestion Darth Apple but how do I add the function to before registeration (Like is there a source code I can find somewhere?)
