I couldn't see a current plugin, nor any settings in the Enhanced Account Switcher (2.1.9) for this. 

Is there a way for members to register a new account on the site but not have to log out to do so? Is it possible to add this setting to the account switcher user cp menu? 

I'd like members to be able to just go to their User CP, register new account, go to account switcher and link that account to their master as i feel it saves time.

There is a plugin that allows users to register new users via the User-CP without logging out.
But afaik it's only available in German.

Does that mean the plugin content won't render properly as it's German?
Or that it will render the language of the plugin as german in the usercp and admin panel? (requiring me to attempt to translate it to english? which ill try to do and see if i can get it working)

EDIT: It loaded, rendered and i just translated the language file and it seems to work fine. TY
