How do I know that the person I sent the PM to will get it or has read?

Unfortunately, this is not the case in our forum ... no "automatic receipt will be sent to you from MyBB System" -

This related to the email you get when you get a private message.

My question is more: How do I know that the recipient has received and read the PM?
I'm thinking of Whatsapp, the two ticks (sent and read)

user control panel has PMs tracking link for the read receipt requested PMs

depending on group permissions, specific group users
can deny read receipt while reading a private message
