I have created a forum using MyBB, it works fine sometimes when browsing, however sometimes it suddenly appears and next error:

MyBB SQL Error: 2002 Connection Refused 
Query: Unable to connect to MySQL Server"

My host is "InifinityFree Free Plan"

Is the database remote? Do you have the connections set too low?

When your forum works fine, but this error appears every now and then, on and off,
then first check your configuration or question your web hosting!
It really sems to be an issue with the load or infrastructure. So ask your provider!
