For clarification if you click example on marketplace will get forum category

Yes indeed it is the Forum Tabs plugin.

You can found it on extends, but you will need to set your tabs customizations and configure your forums to retrieve that forum content inside your tabs.

first try using MyTabs plugin
if it does not install then try using MyTabs modified
