I have installed the files in "mybb/inc/languages/"

but in my admin panel i dont see another language.

i intsalled a plugin too and cant see it .. i dont know what im making wrong.

for the plugin, location of plugin files should be checked.
however its difficult to guess the cause of both the issues !

would you like to PM me temporary access to files (ftp) & forum admin panel to check ..
