Hello.
Friends, people are unable to register at the Forum.
After inserting the data I believe it is giving error when checking the letters of the image. Can you help?

As I show right below I made the table edit and even then the error still continues.
The strange thing is that some manage to register and others cannot.
I tried to create a new user, but I couldn't get it wrong.

exactly which version of MyBB you are using ?
is it recently upgraded from a previous version ?

upgrading guidance Wrote:Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates.

This will show you a list of all the templates that have changed during the upgrade.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes
you've made to it or added by plugins will be removed
- or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed.

it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.

that is really strange as at least member_register template needs updating codes.
