I recently downloaded and installed Guest Welcome to my forum, and there is a file 'CSS NEEDED', which obviously goes into the Template section, but I'm not sure how to actually get it working properly?

content from css needed.txt file should be added into global.css stylesheet of the theme.

note: edit the stylesheet in forum admin panel (through themes section) AND in advanced edit mode (tab)

remember hard refreshing your browser [eg. press CTRL + F5] on index page after saving changes to the stylesheet
