I was checking out the new ACP theme displayed here https://community.mybb.com/thread-223581.html and I noticed that you are still going with textboxes for order. How about drag and drop? Would look better, and would be a bit faster than using the textboxes.

Edit: I realize that this is probably just a reskin of the 1.8 ACP, but my point still stands!

I think this is more than a revamp for 1.9 and it will be a full rewrite for 1.10 (feel free to correct anyone). If that is the case, once we do the revamp we could add it not just for the ACP but for the front end as well (or at least make it easy for plugins to use if no features require it).
