This plugin was last updated in 2014, but I found someone on Discord who wanted to update this plugin on request.
I woke up & got a message today:

Hmm, no changelog or more info... would be nice if the one will step into this discussion and tell us what is in the TODO

sorry, I could not see much difference from the previous version.
ALSO looks like plugins/mysupport/mysupport.php file is missing !

updater(s) should see issues at Github & plugin's support threads (through search eg.)
