Hello,

I am new to MyBB and installed it with the Emerald Dark Theme.
When editing a new post and klicking at the smilies list on the left, the following window opens:

Is there a way to remove those scrollbars and the x icon?

forum admin panel >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> Emerald Dark Templates
>> Miscellaneous Templates >> misc_smilies_popup

you can change it like below & save the template

<div style="overflow-y: auto; /* max-height: 400px; */" class="modal_{$pid}">

not sure that you can remove closing button easily without affecting other popups
