So im wondering if we can change this from tickets to credits

for example this setting
newpoints_add_setting('newpoints_lottery_ticket_price', 'newpoints_lottery', 'Ticket Price', 'The price of each ticket. (default is 100)', 'text', '100', 1);

Can we set a minimum amount and allow more? 

so if a user wants to do 1-1000 credits instead of buying an individual ticket.
