Is there a setting where you can disable all plugins if your board is non functioning? Right now all I'm getting is "MyBB Internal: One or more warnings occurred. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

There is, Admin CP > Configuration > General Configuration > Disable All Plugins

Please note that disabling plugins could bring unexpected behaviours in your board. For example, don't be surprised if a white page is presented to you in the front-end after disabling plugins. In that case just rever the setting back and try a different way to track your issue.
