Guys I am using an Linux nginx server to host a forum on tor hidden service
Can anyone help me to setup or atleast tell me the difference to make for the mybb setup

The setup process for the MyBB portion itself will be the same as it would otherwise, you can follow the existing tutorials for that portion of the setup.

Correct, just follow the normal MyBB installation procedure.
