there are something wrong with the Rep system 
here is two screenshots it will explain everything.

idk why opera blocking that 
after enabling it and select "RATE"

in-secured content - probably there is a problem with board url
perhaps better to not use www in the board url & redirect www to non-www

Which Award plugin are you using?

Or probably an element using http and not https (image probably)

I always recommend using https://whynopadlock.com, it will search your site and give you a list of unsecure elements that could be causing your site to be served of HTTP instead of HTTPS
